Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) is one of the steps in proceeding to get Permanent Residency in Canada. The government has increased the annual allocations of PNPs for each province.

Eligibility

Each province has set some eligibility criteria for the applicants. The applicants should pass the criteria namely the skills, working experience and education. The province or territory will select the applicant based on the needs. The applicant’s willing and genuine intention will also be taken into consideration.

As there are many sub-programs, PNP Canada Live Tracker will help the applicant to choose the right one.

All the final decisions will be taken by the federal government. So, the applicant should apply for the provincial residence first. After the approval of the province, the applicant should apply to the federal government to get Canadian resident status.

  • The applicant should submit the fully filled application to the province.
  • The applicant will receive an official Provincial Nomination Certificate, if the application is complete and eligible.
  • After receiving the Provincial Nominal Certificate, the applicant can apply for the next step.
  • Aligned with PNP, the applicant should apply for Canadian Permanent resident status.
